​Will - Master Instructor

With over 8 years of coaching experience, Will brings a science-based, movement-first approach to every session. He specializes in pre/post natal training, female fat loss & sculpting, and senior fitness, helping clients move better and live stronger. Will holds certifications from top organizations including NSCA, CFSC Level 2, EXOS, FRCms, and more. His expertise spans fascial stretch therapy, corrective exercise, functional screening (FMS, SFMA, YBT), and athletic performance. Whether you’re rebuilding from injury or reaching for peak performance, Will creates training experiences tailored to your goals, body, and lifestyle.

​Chris - Lead Instructor

Chris is a results-driven coach with over 13 years of experience specializing in sports performance, particularly for soccer athletes. With a Bachelor’s in General Biology and a CanFit Pro certification, he blends deep anatomical knowledge with dynamic, athletic programming. A former varsity soccer player and AAU basketball athlete, Chris has trained everyone from beginners to elite professionals. He designs programs focused on strength, agility, endurance, and game-specific conditioning, and leads high-energy HIIT classes. Whether you're training for sport or general fitness, Chris will push you to perform your best — on the field or in the gym.

​Rita - Lead Instructor

Rita combines technical expertise with a client-centered approach to help people move better, feel stronger, and reach their fitness goals. As a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer, FRC® Mobility Specialist, and Fascial Stretch Therapist, she specializes in mobility, strength, rehab, and sculpting. Rita is certified in Pilates, NeuroKinetic Therapy, and a wide range of strength systems including DTS Striking, Barbell, and Kettlebell, plus Olympic Weightlifting and Animal Flow. Whether you're looking to recover from pain, improve performance, or reshape your body, Rita designs thoughtful, effective programs that deliver long-term results.
